保持警醒
我将这些话写给你们，是指着那引诱你们的人说的。
约翰一书2:26
你有警惕性吗？你会不会像小狗那样，到哪里都是先四处闻一闻、看一看？有些人却不是这样，他们总是一次又一次掉进同一个陷阱。而他们也是每一次都惊诧不已，怎么会这样？我怎么老这样呢？好像是个魔咒。显然，他们还没有学到注意信号、观察四周、预备防守。
你是这样的人吗？即使你意识到会有麻烦、诱惑、诽谤、污蔑在等着你？或者明知有人会破坏你的信息、你的业绩、你的成功？你不会那么傻的，对吗？面对这个世界，你应该聪明、警觉。不要懈怠，那只会被失败击垮，不要迟钝保守，只会对危险瞠目结舌。时刻准备好，坚强站立，紧跟耶稣。
今日祷告：
亲爱的耶稣，求你帮助我战胜任何困境。让我有一颗敏锐的心接受从你而来的力量和带领。阿们。

Vigilant
I am writing these things to warn you about those who want to lead you astray.
1 JOHN2:26
Are you vigilant? Like a dog sniffing the air and scanning the horizon, are you on the lookout? Some people keep falling into the same traps over and over again. They repeatedly walk into the same pitfalls and perils, each time just as surprised as the last. How did this happen? or Why do I keep doing this? become common mantras. For some reason they just haven’t learned to notice the signals, to scout the land, and ready the defenses.
Are you like that? Do you get caught unaware, even though you knew trouble was brewing, or you knew the temptation was coming, or you knew someone would try to undermine your purity, your message, your good work, or your success? You’re shrewder than that, right? This world needs you to be. Don’t give in to apathy only to be jolted upright by failure. Don’t give in to a reactionary life, surprised by the perils that find their way to you. Be ready. Be strong. Be close to Jesus.
Pray for the Day:
Dear Jesus, help me to outwit any trouble ahead today. Let me be sensitive to your guidance and strength. Amen.
