不再遮掩
遮掩自己罪过的，必不亨通； 承认离弃罪过的，必蒙怜恤。
箴言28:13
你小的时候要是做错了什么，可能会跑到自己的房间，钻进被子里躲起来。你天真地以为，如果自己看不到外面，父母可能也看不到里面。你就被遮掩了，或者说，你是这么想的。
俗话说，纸是包不住火的。罪，不管是怎样的形式，一定会危害你的生活。罪总是悄悄地试图要控制你，让你不想做正确的事，让你是非不分。如果你试图隐藏，它会扭曲你对真理的认知。再多的遮掩，也藏不住你的罪。
可笑的是，罪人自己总是知道，上帝也知道。迟早，别人也会知道。对付罪的最好办法就是揭露它。坦诚面对上帝、面对自己、面对他人。承认你的罪，改变你的心。在上帝的怜悯中，认罪悔改。
今日祷告：
耶稣，我不再遮掩，向你全然认罪。阿们。

No Cover
People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.
PROVERBS 28:13
When you were a kid and did something wrong, it is likely that at some point you ran to your room and buried yourself under the covers. Your deprived and depraved thinking process was that if you couldn’t see out, perhaps your parents couldn’t see in. You were covered. Or so you thought.
There is an old adage: “Everyone eventually gets caught.” Sin, in whatever form, eventually undermines your life. It sneaks up and snatches control of you. It can slowly erode your willpower to do what is right, and, if you try to hide, it can twist your perception of truth. No amount of covering actually conceals your sin.
The irony of covering up wrongs, of course, is that the crime committer always knows—and God always knows too. It is never a secret to everyone. The best way to deal with sin is to expose it. Be honest with God, yourself, and others. Fess up. Change your heart. And let God uncover you in a shower of mercy.

Jesus, no more hiding. I am right here. And I admit you can see me. Amen.
