见证基督

“因为我饿了，你们给我吃，渴了，你们给我喝；我作客旅，你们留我住；我赤身露体，你们给我穿；我病了，你们看顾我；我在监里，你们来看我。”

马太福音25:35-36 

你真是很荣幸。今天你要代表耶稣。在你特别的处境里，凭借你独特的性格和恩赐，你可以事奉他人，见证基督。

耶稣说，当你跟随他的时候，你就成为他身体的一部分，也就是教会。当圣灵通过你的行为做工时，你就成了主耶稣的手和脚。你不仅负有这个重大的责任在世上见证耶稣，主也呼召你在其他人身上看到他自己。耶稣要你看到他在哪里，他在做什么，他和谁在一起。耶稣一再告诉我们，他和那些迫切需要他的人在一起。所以，当你服事他人的时候，你就是在服事耶稣他自己。事实上，耶稣是谦卑的主，他也要你和他一样谦卑。今天就寻找耶稣，和他一起，付出爱的行动。

亲爱的耶稣，求你不要让我错过机会去关爱别人。阿们。

Being and Seeing

“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.”

MATTHEW 25:35–36

You are in a privileged role. You get to represent Jesus today. You! In your unique circumstances, with your unique character and gift mix, you can “be” Jesus to others through acts of service. Jesus said that when you follow him, you become part of his body, which is the church. In effect, with the Holy Spirit working through your actions, you become the hands and feet of the Savior.

And not only do you have this great responsibility to “be” Jesus to the world, but you also have the calling to see him in others. Jesus wants you to see where he is, what he is doing, and who he is with. He says over and over again that he is with those who desperately need him. So when you serve people, you are serving Jesus himself. In fact, Jesus identifies himself with the humble and he empowers you to be humble with him. Look for him today. Be with him. And take action with his love.

Dear Jesus, don’t let me miss chances to love others today. Amen.
