大有盼望
但愿使人有盼望的上帝，因信将诸般的喜乐、平安充满你们的心，使你们借着圣灵的能力大有盼望！
罗马书15:13
上帝的资源会用尽么？我们可以连续多少次向他求告？如果我们一直去上帝的加油站加油，上帝会不会耗尽祂的能源？最终上帝会不会说：“够啦，我受不了啦， 请你去找别人吧。”
不，祂不会的。如果上帝要充满你，难道祂做不到么？事实上，祂就是要充满你，祂完全有足够的能力。而且，他的能力大大超出你的所求所想。当祂要充满你的时候， 祂不会留一点空间。上帝要让你的福杯满溢。祂丰丰富富地为你提供永远的盼望、无限的喜乐和恒久的平安。也许真正该问的是：你是否愿意祂充满你呢？
今日祷告：
亲爱的耶稣，我不愿意空虚，我也不愿意被虚空的事物所充满。主啊，我只要祢的圣灵充满我。阿们。

Overflow
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
ROMANS 15 : 13
Could God ever be depleted of his resources? How many times can we keep asking for more? If we keep pulling up to God’s station to fill up our tanks, will God eventually run out of energy? Will he finally say, “Enough! I can’t take the pressure! Please ask somebody else”?
Come on. If God wanted to fill you, don’t you think he could? The fact is that he does want to fill you, and he is totally able to do so. In fact, he’s got more than you can ever bear. When he fills you up, it’s not one of those leave-some-room-in-the-top-so-I-won’t-spill sort of fills. No, God fills to overflowing. All of his unending hope, unlimited joy, and unrelenting peace is available in abundance for you. Perhaps the true question is this: Do you want him to fill you?
Pray for the Day:
Dear Jesus, I don’t want to be empty, and I don’t want to be filled with things that will leave me empty. Lord, I want you to fill me with your Spirit. Amen.
