主耶稣的平安
The Peace of Jesus
我将这些事告诉你们，是要叫你们在我里面有平安。在世上你们有苦难，但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界。”
—约翰福音16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
—John 16:33
耶稣带来的平安不是绥靖的平安，也不是妥协和墨守成规的平安，而是灵里面的平安。这个世界给不了我们平安，因为它带不来任何的平安。世界为和平而战，为和平谈判，并且为和平做着努力，但是世界也不能得到最终的和平。然而，主耶稣把平安给了那些信靠祂的人。如果你接受了祂的平安，你就在祂的营里。但是如果你拒绝祂的平安，那你就与祂为敌。任何一个愿意接受祂的人都能得到平安。
The peace that Jesus came to bring was not the peace of appeasement, or the peace of compromise and conformity. It was a spiritual peace. The world doesn’t give peace, for it doesn’t have any peace to give. It fights for peace, it negotiates for peace, it maneuvers for peace, but there is no ultimate peace in the world. But Jesus gives peace to those who put their trust in Him. If you have received His peace, then you are in His camp. But if you have rejected it, then you are against Him. His peace is available to everyone who will receive it.

主耶稣，在我的内心深处我感受到了你赐下的平安， 我生命中的风暴也平息了。
Prayer for the day
Deep down I feel Your peace, Lord Jesus, and the storms of my life are abated.
