弥赛亚
“主耶和华的灵在我身上；因为耶和华用膏膏我，叫我传好信息给谦卑的人，差遣我医好伤心的人，报告被掳的得释放，被囚的出监牢；”
以赛亚书61:1
在耶稣降生之前的好几百年以前，先知以赛亚得上帝默示，对以色列百姓说话。以色列因为自己的错误决定和列强的侵犯欺辱而饱受苦难。但是，上帝没有忘记他们，并给他们带来福音。上帝要差遣弥赛亚——他的仆人，来使他们重获自由。这位弥赛亚、仆人、君王要行医治、赦免和重建的工作。他要重新建立自由的国度，从此摆脱压迫的锁链。
上帝差遣来的王断然不是我们世俗人眼里的掌权者。上帝的王要牺牲自己，服务众人，使人脱离一切的暴政，并将他们提升到高于自己的地位。最终，耶稣实现了这个伟大使命。同样，我们也在服事他人、传扬天国的福音中成就了祂的旨意。
今日祷告：
主耶稣，你要我分享你的福音，让那些需要你的人认识你。求你指教我如何以及何时来做这样的工作。阿们 。

Messiah
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.”
ISAIAH 61:1
Hundreds of years before Jesus was born, Isaiah gave a message to the people of Israel. Israel was suffering under the weight of bad decisions and oppressive nations. However, God had good news for them. He would send a Messiah, his Servant, who would restore people to freedom. This messianic Servant-King would focus his rule on healing, forgiveness, and rebuilding a
nation that was released from the chains of oppression.
God’s idea of a reigning king has always been radically countercultural to the human idea of a king who reigns. God’s idea is that a king sacrificially walks in godliness, serves the people, frees them from any form of tyranny, and lifts them up to a status above himself. Ultimately, this was fulfilled in the reign of Jesus Christ, but it is also fulfilled in the way that we serve others
through the good news of his kingdom.
Pray for the Day:
Lord Jesus, your concern is that I would share your good news with those who need to know you. Show me how and when to do this today. Amen.
