“你们心里不要忧愁；你们信神，也当信我。”
约翰福音14:1
告诉你一个好消息：主耶稣不是要你盲目地相信他，祂不需要你切除自己的脑叶。他不需要一种麻木的信心。他希望你把惧怕交给他。如果你发现自己陷入困境，祂不要你抓狂。这时候，祂要你想一想耶稣是谁，祂在哪里，祂将做什么。
即便你在人生的风暴之中，主耶稣也与你同在。他从不惧怕，你也不必惧怕。即便你觉得自己是多么的无助，即便你觉得在风浪中的挣扎是多么的孤独，别忘记耶稣在掌控一切。耶稣总是在彰显祂的平安。没错，在你惊慌失措的时候，耶稣镇定自若。他奇妙无比。最终，他可以平息风暴，也可以平静你的心。所以，在风浪中，记住要信靠祂。
今日祷告：
主耶稣，你是唯一真正可以信靠的。无论在怎样的环境中我都信靠你。阿们。

No Lobotomy
“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.”
JOHN 14:1
Here’s some good news for you: Jesus doesn’t want you to have a lobotomy. He’s not asking for a turn-your-mind-off kind of commitment. He doesn’t want numb faith. He wants you to thoughtfully give him your afraidness. If you find yourself in the middle of trouble, he doesn’t want you to freak out. Rather, he wants you to think about who he is and where he is and
what he is all about.
Even in the midst of the storm, Jesus is with you. He is not afraid, and neither should you be. He is in control, even if you feel like you’re the only one trying to bail you out, or even if you feel alone in your struggle against the current. Jesus more often than not will reveal his posture of peace. That’s right, in the middle of what is causing you your greatest panic, Jesus is holding himself together. He is amazing. In the end, he may either calm the storm or he may calm you, so in the middle of it you must remember to trust.
Pray for the Day:
Lord Jesus, you are the only person who could have genuinely made that statement. I trust myself to you in the middle of my circumstances today. Amen.
