刚强壮胆
我岂没有吩咐你吗？你当刚强壮胆！不要惧怕，也不要惊惶；因为你无论往哪里去，耶和华—你的上帝必与你同在。
【约书亚记1:9】
今天分享的是，耶稣门徒们当年的一些对话。
一个门徒说：“还记得耶稣医病赶鬼那一次吗？我真被那人给吓住了。还有那一次他说那些当权者假冒为善？他们要把我们杀了，太可怕了。”
“那是什么时候？！他几乎天天如此。” 一些门徒回答道。
又一个门徒说：“更可怕的是，他几乎什么都没有，竟然要喂饱几千人。每次递篮子的时候，我的手都发抖。还有，就是那次遇见风暴的时候，他居然就站在那里，呵斥风暴。我就想，这人是谁啊？”
彼得笑着说：“还有，他在水面行走呢？哈！我肯定当时你们衣服都湿了。”
大家笑了：“是啊，都湿了。你的也一样啊！彼得，你还吓得沉下去了。”
彼得承认：“是啊，的确如此。但是他救起了我，不是吗？我想，我们都应该敬畏祂，远远超过世上的一切！”
今日祷告：
耶稣，你是大能的主，同在的主，奇妙的主，超越世上的一切，让我勇敢前行。阿们。

Be Strong and Courageous
This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
JOSHUA1:9
“Remember that time when Jesus healed the demoniac? I was so scared by that guy. And that time when he told the authorities they were hypocrites? They wanted to kill us, which might have been even scarier,” one disciple said.
“Which time was that? He did that almost every day,” some of them replied.
Another disciple said, “I was even more afraid when he fed the thousands of people with virtually nothing. Every time I passed the basket I trembled under the weight of all the food. Then there was that storm. He just stood up and told it to shut up. I was thinking, ‘Who is this guy?’”
“Hey guys, how about when I walked on water? Ha! I bet you wet your tunics,” Peter teased.
“We did! We soaked them. But so did you, Peter, when you got scared and sank.”
“Yes, that’s true. But he saved me, didn’t he? I guess I’ve learned to fear him much more than anything else in this world.”
Pray for the Day:
Jesus, you are more powerful and more present and more amazing than anything or anyone. Let me walk courageously today. Amen.
