不住祷告
“因此，我们自从听见的日子，也就为你们不住地祷告祈求，愿你们在一切属灵的智慧悟性上，满心知道神的旨意；”
歌罗西书1:9
祷告没有什么神奇之处。你不可能用什么特别的方式强迫上帝或哄骗上帝，去做你想让祂做的事情。上帝永远也不会要你确认密码。祷告是很简单的事。就是看你心中所想的是否符合上帝的心意。没什么技巧，只是一种关系。
上帝永远爱世人。祂既然爱每一个人，那么当你为他人祷告时，上帝就喜悦。你为他人代求，正符合上帝的心意。使徒保罗在这方面实在很了不起，他的很多书信都以此开篇：
“因此，我们自从听见的日子，也就为你们不住地祷告祈求，愿你们在一切属灵的智慧悟性上，满心知道神的旨意；”
今日祷告：
亲爱的耶稣，此刻我愿意暂停所有其他的事情，求你让我为那些有需要的人祷告。阿们。

Don’t Stop Praying
So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.
COLOSSIANS 1:9
There isn’t anything magical about prayer. You can’t say any special formula that will twist God’s arm or trick him into doing what you want him to do. God will never say, “Oh, you got me there. You said the secret password.” Prayer is much more simple than that. It’s about matching what is on your heart with what’s on God’s heart. No tricks. Just a relationship.
One of the things that is always on God’s heart is his care for people. He’s already thinking about others, so he loves it when you lift people up to him in prayer. When you pray for others, you match the very rhythm of God. The apostle Paul was amazing at this. He begins many of his letters with this sort of heartbeat:
“So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.”
Pray for the Day:
Dear Jesus, I pause everything else right now and ask you to bring to my mind those you would like me to be praying for. Amen.
