不要放弃
“我的弟兄们，你们中间若有失迷真道的，有人使他回转，这人该知道：叫一个罪人从迷路上转回便是救一个灵魂不死，并且遮盖许多的罪。”
雅各书5:19-20
生活中最痛苦的事情之一，就是一个主内的好朋友与上帝以及与你的关系渐行渐远。特别是如果这个人以往还经常在敬拜时和你一同唱诗赞美、服事众人；甚至他还曾经与你同甘共苦，一起经历过生活的风风雨雨。
不要放弃你的朋友。主动伸出你的手。邀请他回到主的大家庭。发动教会弟兄姊妹一起去关心他，接纳他，原谅他、理解他。不要催逼或者取笑他。就像圣经中浪子回头的故事里的那个父亲一样，单纯地跑过去拥抱那个回家的孩子，留心查看、呵护这种关系的复原。

主耶稣，求你使用我，让那些远离你和教会的弟兄姐妹回到神的家中。阿们。
June 17 – Reach Out
My dear brothers and sisters, if someone among you wanders away from the truth and is brought back, you can be sure that whoever brings the sinner back from wandering will save that person from death and bring about the forgiveness of many sins.
JAMES 5:19–20
One of the most gut-wrenching things in life is a friend who wanders away from relationship with God and with you. This can be especially difficult when the person has sung with you during worship or served alongside you in helping others. It is much harder when he has laughed with you during times of joy, or she has supported you through your struggles.
Don’t give up on your friend. Reach out. Extend a loving invitation back into relationship. Organize people in your church community to show love and acceptance, forgiveness and joy. Don’t try to push or trick your friend. Simply and vigilantly, just as the father ran to embrace his lost son (Luke 15:11–32), keep watch for the moment of restoration.
Pray for the Day:
Lord Jesus, use me to help restore others to relationship with you and with your church. Amen.
