团队精神

“栽种的和浇灌的，都是一样，但将来各人要照自己的工夫得自己的赏赐。”

哥林多前书 3:8

你能否和他人一起合作的果效，如同嘴巴和双手的配合。如果嘴巴和双手不能好好配合，吃饭就成了问题。但是，如果手愿意配合，发挥它的功能抓起墨西哥卷肉饼，而嘴巴也发挥自己的功能大大张开咬上一大口，身体就得到了饱足和营养，感谢上帝。

教会是一个很奇妙的团队，这里每一个人恩赐不同，又因着对耶稣的信仰，愿意随时互相配合，一起侍奉，给世界带来美好。事实上，这也就意味着你的生命应该和其他那些跟随耶稣的人连结在一起，来影响世界。你有恩赐来祝福别人，别人也有恩赐来祝福你。神的呼召，是针对每一个人的。

今日祷告：

主耶稣，让我可以和更多的人一起同工，来影响这个世界。使我可以得到更多的勉励，可以更有效地侍奉。阿们。

 

April 23 – Work Together

The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work.

Your ability to work with others to make a difference is much like the hand and the mouth working together. When the hand and mouth refuse to bless one another as a team, eating dinner is really dysfunctional! But when the hand uses its gift to grab onto that Chipotle carnitas burrito, and when the mouth uses its giftedness to open up wide and take a gargantuan bite, the whole of the body benefits and praises the Lord.

The church is an amazing team of great people who are uniquely gifted and uniquely flawed, and who are ready to work together to bring good to this world through faith in Jesus. Practically, this means your life should be lived within a network of others who are striving to follow Jesus and impact this world too. While you use your gifts to bless others, others use their gifts to bless you. No one has a monopoly on God’s calling.

Pray for the Day:

Lord Jesus, surround me with others who want to impact this world so that I can be encouraged to become even more effective for you. Amen.
