重要一日
“看哪，我要做一件新事；如今要发现，你们岂不知道吗？ 我必在旷野开道路，在沙漠开江河。”
以赛亚书 43:19
今天是不同寻常的一天，因为今天处于圣诞节和元旦之间，不可小看它。就像是两个大节日的完美融合。圣诞节标志着我们庆祝救主降生，而元旦则标志着新一年的开始。12月29日似乎是两个节日之间的桥梁。
从某种意义上来说，我们需要耶稣降生，让我们的生命得以改变，我们才可以从新开始，脱离罪恶，决心追求主耶稣为我们所定的计划。这是一个更新的日子，我们可以为来年新的事工预备自己，给生命带来美好的改变。
今日祷告：
耶稣，谢谢祢的到来，赐给我新生。在未来的一年里，求祢带领我走上新的路程。阿们。

What a Day
“For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
ISAIAH 43:19
What an incredible day this is. Smack in-between Christmas and New Year’s, this day cannot be overlooked. It’s like the perfect blending of those two major holidays. Christmas marks the day we celebrate the birth of our Savior, while New Year’s marks the celebration of our opportunity to start anew. It seems that December 29 is the bridge between them both.
At some point, we need to allow the birth of Jesus to change our lives so that we can start again, leave our sin behind, and resolve to pursue all that Jesus has planned for us. This is a day of renewal where we can prepare for works of service that will make a beautiful difference in the year to come.
Pray for the Day:
Jesus, thank you for coming to give me new life. Guide me in the new directions you have for my life in the year ahead. Amen.
