祂本为善
“你们要称谢耶和华，因他本为善；他的慈爱永远长存！”
诗篇 107:1
世界如此败坏。我们对这个败坏的世界深恶痛绝。但是我们又很八卦，每天都紧盯着那些新闻来源，追逐着越来越多让人不安的坏消息，如果哪里发生灾难了，收视率就上升，新闻供应商和广告商就能赚更多的钱，即便报道的都是很糟糕的事。
上帝却不是这样的，因为祂本为善。我们何不转向上帝，而不要日复一日地关注那些恶事？为什么我们更容易被坏事所吸引呢？为什么我们总是过度聚焦于“坏消息”，却忽视我们身边这么多的“好消息”呢？为什么我们只看到枯枝败叶，却看不到花园里上帝的荣光呢？我们总喜欢大肆渲染负面的东西，却对身边的美好事物视而不见。在这个感恩的季节，让我们转眼仰望上帝，称谢上帝，因为祂本为善。
今日祷告：
耶稣，让我单单注目于你。祢如此美善。感谢祢。阿们。

For He Is Good
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.
PSALM 107:1
There is so much bad in this world. We are sick and tired of how sick and tired this world is. And yet we keep asking for it. We are glued to our news sources looking for more and more bad news. If there is a disaster, the ratings go up and news providers and advertisers make more money. Even the coverage of bad news is bad.
God is so different—he is so good. Why don’t we gravitate toward the Lord instead of getting sucked into another terrible vortex day after day?
Why does “bad” entice us more than “good”? What’s wrong with us that we keep giving “bad” undue attention while ignoring all the good things that are going on around us? Why do we let the one bad tree withdraw our attention from God in the garden? We sensationalize what is bad, when what is good is right before us. This Thanksgiving, don’t give in to bad. Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.

Jesus, let my eyes attend to you and you alone. You are so good! Thank you! Amen.
