耐心等候
“要等候耶和华！ 当壮胆，坚固你的心！ 我再说，要等候耶和华！”
诗篇 27:14
当你不得不等候的时候，在1到10的范围内，你的不安指数是多少？你善于等候吗？我不是说等几分钟，而是真的要等候，比如几天、几周甚至几个月。什么时候你的耐心会到尽头？
如果你想改变自己的人生，或改变这个世界，你会发现，有的时候，你必须学会忍耐。一切有影响的事物都不可能立竿见影。一些变革需要长期投资、持续关注、不断努力，以及坚定的信念。也许你喜欢一蹴而就，就如同你只需要一挥魔杖，一切都会变得更好。然而，试图跳过必须的过程，可能适得其反。有些事情是需要时间的。一切变革，离不开每一天的努力。信守每天耕耘自己的心灵，假以时日，必将收获丰盛的回报。
今日祷告：
主耶稣，求祢赐给我足够的信心和耐心，使我可以坚韧不拔地努力。让我长久地信靠你对我一生的带领。阿们。

Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how antsy do you get when you have to wait? How good are you at waiting? And I don’t mean waiting for a couple of minutes, but I mean really waiting—like days, weeks, or even months? When is your patience most easily worn out?
If you want to make a difference in your life or in this world, you might discover that sometimes you’ll need to be patient. Everything impactful is not immediate. Some changes take long investment, persistent attention, consistent behavior, and dedicated evidence of your faithfulness. Perhaps you’d like to only do one action, as if you only had to make one motion of your magic wand in order to make everything around you appear better.
However, circumventing true process can produce undesirable side effects. Some things just take time. Making a difference is an everyday endeavor. Your daily commitment to cultivate your heart will harvest huge rewards as time goes on.
Pray for the Day:
Lord Jesus, give me the resilience to work with confident patience today. Let me
trust you for the long-term impact of my actions. Amen.
